Delta State BECE JSS3 Result 2024/2025

The Delta State Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education has released the 2024/2025 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) Result for all students in the state who sat for the exam. A statement from the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education, Mr. Augustine Oghoro on behalf of the State Commissioner for Secondary Education, Mrs. Rose Ezewu recalled that the examination was conducted from June 6th to June 10th, 2024.

The statement urged candidates to start checking their results online beginning Thursday, August 29, 2024. It said that a total of 94,823 candidates registered for the examination out of which 88,047 representing 91% passed the examination.

The statement clarified that 7,142 candidates representing 8% would resist, stressing that 490 candidates representing 1% failed the examination while a total of 1,144 candidates were absent. It added that candidates who failed the examination would repeat the class when school resumed.

Steps

Purchase Scratch Cards From the Ministry Of Education to Register and Check Result Online

  • Kindly visit the portal https://deltamobse.ng
  • Then input the PIN code, serial No, and examination number in the column provided (At this point Students Are expected to login with their Scratch Card Pin Code, Scratch Card Serial no, and Examination No. to check result.)
  • Click on submit to access your result

Once your result comes out, the grading system is in this form; A – Distinction, B – Upper Credit, C – Lower Credit, P – Pass, F – Fail.

Finally, you are expected to have a good grade after checking your BECE result to be able to proceed to senior secondary school (either science, art, commercial)
